We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for the following reasons:

  • You no longer want the item

  • Incorrect size (too big or too small)

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item does not match the product ordered

  • Item was missing from the package

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact ORANGE COUNTY F & L with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions (sent within 24 hours)

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included (e.g. shoe boxes, cases, dust bags)

  • Return code and/or order number must be included

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item is damaged due to customer use

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged

  • The return is unauthorized or late

  • Return code or order number is missing

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping, return costs, and customs duties, unless otherwise stated

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must submit a return request within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue

  • Include clear photos showing the damage or error

Returns without proper documentation may be denied.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Store credit can be used on future purchases at ORANGE COUNTY F & L

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
